Solid bars run from a task's start date to its due date. Without a start date, the hatched bar estimates the window from the previous due date in the same subsystem (up to 4 weeks); add a start date in the Tracker to make it exact. Red outline means past due.

Each box is a step. Arrows run from what has to happen first to what it unlocks. Click a step to see what it needs and what it holds up.

Reset the plan
Makes every open task's current start and due dates its planned dates, for example at the start of build season. The delay log is kept. Done tasks keep their original plan.
This changes the planned dates of every open task.
A reason and a note are required to move a due date later.
